StitchProven exists because sewing machines are sold on feature counts and bought on faith. A machine advertises 200 stitches when a garment sewist will use six. A “quilting” model has a throat too narrow to turn a queen-size quilt. A “heavy-duty” badge means a metal frame, not a feed system that will take denim. We started this site to read the manuals, spec sheets and parts lists the manufacturers publish, reconcile the numbers, and say which ones actually limit what you can sew.

How we work
